DiaMOS Plant is a pilot dataset for diagnosis and monitoring plant disease. It contains images of an entire growing season of pear tree, in order to build a representative sample which, cover the main cultural aspects of this plant. The dataset is suitable to perform machine and deep learning methods in classification and detection tasks.
It is part of the scientific project “LeafBox: A leaf disease toolbox”. For more information and to download the dataset, you can read our scientific publications and reach the official page.
